...I have provided training to co-workers in previous positions and I am used to being approached for "how to" questions when Excel obstacles are encountered. I have also taught Microsoft Word at an Adult School and I am familiar with adult learning. I understand the importance of MS Word and Excel in both the business and educational settings.
